Perform the classic momentum lab with all of the same calculations, but without those pesky physical tracks and photogates. Investigate the basic principles of conservation of momentum, or take it further with elastic vs. inelastic collisions. Even calculate the coefficient of restitution for partially elastic collisions if you wish.
